SCCLA, CAPAJA, and the APA bar associations of Southern California will be hosting a Joint APA Bar Associations’ Reception honoring Josh Groban, Senior Advisor to Governor Brown, in celebration of all of the APA judges that have been appointed to the bench over the past year, totaling 52 judges since 2011.
