OCKABA is co-sponsoring a CLE event with the OCBA entitled, Cultural and Legal Implications of Doing Business Abroad - A Business, IP, and Immigration Perspective

The program will feature the following speakers:

The program will discuss:

  • The Dos and Don'ts of doing business abroad and interacting with international business personnel,
  • IP Issues to consider when doing business abroad, and 
  • US Immigration Visa options for employees of global companies doing business abroad and in the US plus other related immigration issues.

This program has been approved for 1.0 MCLE credit and is free for OCBA Business & Corporate Law Section members, $25 for OCBA attorney members, and $35 for non-OCBA members.
