Mentorship Program - MENTORS NEEDED

The Mentoring Committee of the Orange County Korean American Bar Association (OCKABA) is now accepting applications for attorney mentors for its 2023-2024 Mentorship Program. Through this program, attorneys will have the opportunity to help one or more student(s) grow in their careers as well as learn from and network with other attorneys participating in the program.

We already have over 40 law students signed up and are in need of mentors! 

WHERE TO APPLY:

PROGRAM GUIDELINES:

• Who Should Initiate Contact?  Mentees are expected to initiate communication with their mentors within one week of receiving their match.
• How Often Should We Meet? We recommend that you aim to meet at least once a quarter.  There is no minimum requirement.
• Will There Be Any Events?  OCKABA will be hosting a Mentorship Kick-Off Event in November for its mentees and mentors. More details to come.
• When Will I Receive My Match? You will be matched before the Mentorship Kick-Off Event.
