Looking for an Associate Attorney who is fluent in English and Korean for Civil Litigation and Corporate/Business Transactional matters.  Civil Litigation duties will include drafting motions and pleadings, discovery, performing legal research, and attending hearings in a range of business cases.  Transactional matters are primarily corporate, mergers & acquisitions, real estate, contracts, and employment law.  

We are a boutique law firm representing clients ranging from individuals to large domestic and international corporations/businesses.  We have three offices in Buena Park, Los Angeles, and Riverside and we are looking for an Associate Attorney to join us at our Buena Park office (main office).

You will be working with partners who are dedicated to serving our clients. attended top tier law schools. and started their careers at big firms.  We believe in the value of mentoring attorneys to support their growth.  We will consider new Attorneys with limited or no legal experience as well.  Applicants must be able to speak English and Korean fluently.  The ability to read and write in Korean as well is strongly preferred.  Compensation will be based on the level of experience
