Kring & Chung, LLP, an AV rated law firm, seeks an associate attorney for our Irvine office with 5+ years of experience in business litigation. The candidate must be licensed to practice law in California and be in good standing. We are a full-service law firm dedicated to providing quality legal services for businesses and individuals throughout California and Nevada. We are comprised of accomplished and experienced attorneys with diverse backgrounds in both litigation and transactional matters. Responsibilities and Duties

Qualifications and experience include managing a caseload involving business litigation matters. This will involve conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, and other legal documents. You will also attend hearings, trials, and mediations to represent clients and ensure their best possible outcomes. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, excellent oral advocacy and written communication skills will be an important part of your duties.
