Lateral Link is working closely with a dynamic legal non-profit organization regarding its search for a Vice President of its Orange County, California office. This is a newly created Executive-level position that will play an important role in strategically leading the programmatic growth of the Orange County office. It provides a unique opportunity to join a growing organization that is committed to increasing its impact in Orange County.

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree is required; Juris Doctor is preferred
• 4+ years of experience with community-based organizations, particularly those focused on social justice issues that impact the Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) community in Orange County
• 6+ years of fundraising or philanthropic experience
• 8+ years of management experience; senior leadership experience is preferred
