    This prestigious international law firm is expanding their ITC litigation practice group in Washington, DC. Over the past few years, the firm has made investments in growing the firm’s ITC litigation practice group and this has resulted in an influx of new business.  The firm has a strong practice in the Asian marketplace and currently their Korean segment is experiencing unprecedented growth. The group is attracting new Partners to the firm’s IP practice and this has also added to new business coming into the group. 

    The firm’s ITC practice services a wide range of infringement matters, including Patent, Copyright, and Trademark. The group also services Trade Secret Misappropriation, Trade dress, and other unfair trade causes of action. 

    The IP leadership is seeking a Junior Associate to support the group’s ITC litigation Partners, focusing on copyright infringement litigation and ITC section 337 investigations. This Associate will be working with the firm’s elite litigation Partners on critical complex cases. This person will be able to obtain valuable experience in all aspects of ITC litigations. 

    This position is a Partner sponsored and Partner Tracked position and will be on a fast track to Partner. The qualified Associate must have a minimum of 1 year plus Biglaw experience in ITC litigations and Section 337 investigations. This person should have a degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Chemistry. The qualified Associate must be able to read and write in the Korean language and hold the DC bar.

    Justice in Aging is seeking a senior staff attorney with at least seven years of experience to join its Economic Security team in either Oakland or Los Angeles.

    The successful candidate will develop and lead a new project to respond to the needs of low-income older adults in California facing housing instability. They will advocate for solutions to systemic problems at the state and federal level for housing issues impacting low-income older Californians, and to provide legal training and technical assistance to advocates across the state. They will be based in one of our California offices, will be part of Justice in Aging’s Economic Security Team, and will work closely with attorneys in all three of our offices (Washington, DC, Oakland and Los Angeles).
